- Bit of a weird question--
-
- Is it possible to plug an IBM compatible sound card--say one with
- wavetable synth--into the PC slots in an A4000, and use it via MIDI
- WITHOUT having a bridgecard (intel comp processor) also installed in the
- system?
-
- After all, it should get all the power it needs from the bus.
-
- If not, would a cheap bridgecard suffice? (an 8086 board?)
-
- Thanks, Doug
